Trainer pay, calculated for you

If the trainers or other service providers of your school get a share of the revenue instead of a salary, you do not need to work out their pay by hand. The doggso resource report calculates for each staff member how much their courses and service bookings generated in the chosen period and how much of it is theirs.

How it works:

  • You set the school’s share once in the school settings. A course or a service can have its own share if it differs.
  • Course sessions and service bookings are booked on the resource of the staff member who does the work. A substitute can be swapped into that day’s booking.
  • The report does the rest: the course payments are divided between the sessions, series cards and passes count at their price, late cancellation fees are included and the school’s share is taken off.

Now also:

  • Courses that sell individual sessions are calculated correctly. When students buy only some of the sessions, each session generates what its own students paid. A full session therefore earns the trainer more than a session with one student.
  • The report also shows what the worker generates. Every row now has three amounts: generated, school share and worker share. Trainers see what their pay is made of, and you see the school’s income in the same report.
  • Sessions with several trainers are divided equally between the booked trainers, and the report shows how many trainers the session had.

Open the report from Administration → Resources: click the report icon on the staff member’s row. Trainers can see their own report too. The school’s combined share is among the reports as School’s theoretical share of income.
