We’ve added a new report to your school’s analytics: Returning First-Time Customers by Trainer.

What it shows

For each trainer at your school, the report calculates what percentage of new customers — people whose very first course at your school was with that trainer — came back and enrolled again. This gives you a clear, data-driven view of which trainers are most effective at turning first-time attendees into loyal, returning customers.

How to use it

  1. Go to Reports in your school’s admin menu.
  2. Click Returning first-time customers by trainer.
  3. Choose a period of 1 to 6 years and click Apply.

The report shows a summary of totals, a bar chart for quick comparison, and a detailed table with return rates per trainer.

Why it matters

Acquiring new customers is expensive. Knowing which trainers have the highest retention among first-timers helps you make better decisions about scheduling, promotion, and trainer development.

Give it a try and let us know what you think.
