Summary of Major Features (January – March 2026)

1. Referral Program
School administrators can now enable a referral program that lets existing users invite new customers. Both the referrer and the new enrollee can be rewarded. Reward types are flexible: percentage discount, fixed monetary discount, fixed store credit, or store credit as a percentage of the course price. Category-level eligibility controls let schools target specific course types.

2. Discussion Forum (launched Feb 21)
A community forum is now available within the platform, allowing users and trainers to discuss topics and share information.

3. Course Feedback Form – Secure Link Access (Mar 7)
Course feedback forms can now be opened directly from the email link without requiring the user to log in first. Each link is tied to the enrollment via a secure token, removing friction from the feedback collection process.

4. Dynamic Sitemap & Robots.txt (Mar 7)
Sitemaps are now generated dynamically based on school settings and refreshed daily. Schools can also upload a custom sitemap and robots.txt file for advanced SEO control.

5. Campaign Management with Email Tracking (Mar 7–8)
Bulk emails sent through the Messages section are now automatically recorded as campaigns. Administrators can see per-campaign and per-recipient stats: sent count, SES delivery confirmations, bounces, unique opens, and unique clicks. Open and click tracking happen automatically. Marketing and newsletter campaigns include one-click unsubscribe compliance (RFC 8058).

6. Returning First-Time Customers Report (Mar 10)
A new analytics report in the Reports section shows which trainers are most effective at retaining new customers. It breaks down first-time customers, how many returned for a second course, and the return rate per trainer — shown as a bar chart and a colour-coded table.

7. Google Analytics Integration (Mar 12)
Schools can now connect their own Google Analytics property to track visitor and user behaviour on their school pages.

Email Announcement

We’ve been busy over the past few weeks and have just shipped a set of new features to help you grow and manage your school more effectively. Here’s what’s new:

Referral Program
Turn your existing students into ambassadors. You can now enable a referral program for your school, where users who bring in new customers are automatically rewarded. Choose from discounts or store credit — either a fixed amount or a percentage of the course price — for both the referrer and the new enrollee. Configure everything from your school settings under the Courses tab.

Discussion Forum
Your school now has a built-in community forum where students and trainers can connect, ask questions, and share ideas between courses.

Easier Course Feedback Collection
Students can now submit their course feedback directly from the email link — no login required. This removes the main barrier to getting responses, so you can expect higher completion rates.

Campaign Management & Email Tracking
Every bulk email you send is now automatically tracked as a campaign. From the new Campaigns section in the admin menu, you can see how many recipients received, opened, and clicked each email — down to the individual level. Delivery confirmations, bounces, and complaints are tracked in real time via AWS SES.

Returning First-Time Customers Report
A new report under Reports → Returning first-time customers by trainer shows you which of your trainers are best at turning new students into repeat customers. You’ll see first-time customer counts, return counts, and return rates per trainer in a visual chart and table.

Google Analytics
You can now connect your school to your own Google Analytics property to track engagement and traffic on your school pages.

SEO Improvements — Dynamic Sitemaps
Sitemaps are now generated automatically and refreshed daily based on your school’s published content. You can also upload a custom sitemap and robots.txt if you need more control.

We hope these updates make your day-to-day easier and give you better visibility into how your school is performing.
